Mindbenders was formed by independent rappers and beat producers in 2000. The San Francisco rap group's self-titled album is a collection of work from 2000-2002 featuring work from the Brainchild, the Mole, Jon Solo, C and H, Lorenzo, Prince Aries, REL, The Era, AC and Melvillian. Mostly recorded on 4-Track cassettes the songs are wrapped in a gritty haze exhibiting fun & witty rhymes that amaze.
